Admitted in to practice in 1976, Alastair manages our South Morang Office and conducts a general practice that includes:
- Purchases and sale of land, houses, units and other real estate
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Purchases and sale of business
- Powers of Attorney and Guardianship issues
- Wills and estate planning
- Administration of deceased estates
Alastair acts as trustee of a number of deceased estates helping to look after the proper management of long term Wills and adding to the long and established skills that the firm has in the area.
Separately to his involvement with the legal practice, Alastair is also a director C & F Nominees Mortgage Securities Limited, a company that manages the C & F Mortgage Fund providing long and short term finance facilities and secure investments and he is one of the responsible officers overseeing the day to day management of the Fund.
Having a long-term involvement in the sport of hockey, Alastair is a member of the committee responsible for the management of one of Melbourne’s largest hockey grounds.
Alastair's recreational interests include hockey, in which he has represented Victoria and Australia as a veteran, and traveling.
