ACCREDITED SPECIALIST IN COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
David holds Law Institute accreditation as a specialist in commercial litigation. His expertise spans the Federal and Family Courts as well as the State Supreme, County and Magistrates Courts and the Victorian Civil and Administration Tribunal.
As well representing litigants, David also acts as mediator in Commercial disputes.
David was first admitted into practice in 1987 after obtaining degrees in Law and in Arts at Monash University.
David also holds the Practitioner's Certificatte in Mediation and Conciliation through the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia.
Spending a number of years as a practitioner in North West Victoria, David also held a New South Wales practicing certificate.
David's recreational interests include football and golf.
