Gabriel Herrera-Burchielli

Gabriel is a Lawyer based in our Essendon office and practices predominantly in the area of Wills and Deceased Estates.

A graduate of La Trobe University, Gabriel holds both a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Legal Studies

Admitted as a Lawyer in 2014, Gabriel has a wealth of experience looking after the interests of clients, including excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with clients. 

Having joined McNab McNab & Starke in 2023, Gabriel handles: 

• Contentious Estate matters and Estate litigation
• Probate and Deceased Estate administration
• Wills and Powers of Attorney 

Gabriel has worked in both private practice and also as a Case Manager with the prestigious Australian Financial Complaints Authority.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys fitness and travel activities, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Languages: English, with additional basic speaking and writing skills in Italian and Spanish.
