Peter Duszczyk

Peter is a results-driven legal professional who began his career as a paralegal at a boutique law firm in Melbourne’s East before being admitted into the legal profession as a legal practitioner in 2022.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws from Swinburne University of Technology, Bachelor of Legal Practice Management from Victoria University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law. 

Peter has developed his expertise in Wills and Estates with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for his clients due to his excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, supplemented with his in-depth understanding of Wills and Estates.

Peter’s legal expertise spans a wide range of matters, including:

• Wills and Estate Planning: Drafting complex Wills such as testamentary discretionary trust Wills and special disability trust Wills, drafting enduring powers of attorney and medical treatment decision maker documents, asset protection such as discretionary family trusts and loan agreements, superannuation and retirement planning
• Administration of Deceased Estates: Overseeing the probate and letters of administration process with meticulous attention to detail.

Outside of work he prioritises fitness and wellness, regularly training at the gym and boxing. A passionate sports enthusiast, he supports North Melbourne in the AFL and Arsenal in the English Premier League.

Peter is based in our Essendon office from Tuesday to Friday and works from our Sunbury office on Mondays.
